Your property will also be available to view on all the major property search portals. These include rightmove, zoopla, findaproperty, primelocation, hotproperty and propertyfinder. These are just some of the many portals we advertise on.

At mile… we pride ourselves on our board presence throughout the NW10 area. This is a major source of enquiries and we always advise our vendors and landlords that having a board outside their property will be wholly beneficial. Your new purchaser or tenant might be a neighbour who wants to upgrade to a larger property on the same road, or an applicant who is desperate to find a property on your road.

At mile… we guarantee your property space in our window display. As a local estate agent we are situated on the ever popular Chamberlayne Road and a lot of applicants enquire after walking past and seeing properties in the window. This is a great source of enquiries and offers obvious advantages over agents that do not have offices in the area.

In  addition to this we will always asses the requirement for additional marketing. We often commission and print publications and leaflets if we see this as being beneficial in finding you the right purchaser or tenant. Remember, if we fail to let your property this is at a cost to us.
