From the moment I came into contact with Mile Estates I would feel this was something different. My first experience was with Pedro but actually it was Kay who dealt with my property rental. I immediately felt a sense of care and compassion in his approach to my situation and nothing was too much trouble. Really nothing. Whatever I needed. How ever many questions I had (there were a lot!!) It was always ok. From my initial drive around to see properties, to eventually finding my beautiful new home, Kay was professional, kind and very efficient. Always available to talk (even when we were communicating while I was away in France) and full of support and advice. Very happy. Very settled. Very complimentary of Kay and his team at Mile Estates Kensal Rise. Thanks a million.
