Letting a property shouldn't be confusing — we handle the process end to end, so you always know what's happening and why.
Before marketing begins, you'll need a valid EPC — a legal requirement, and one we can arrange for you so there's no delay. Once terms are signed, we'll visit to take photos and measurements, with your listing ready within 24 hours.
Every viewing is accompanied by our team, with feedback given throughout so we can adjust as needed. When we find the right tenant, they'll pay a holding deposit to secure the property, and we'll reference them thoroughly before you make your decision — either through a referencing agency, or manually at no extra cost if you prefer.
